If The Orderz has received payment before denying service, a full refund of the received amount will be issued. However, The Orderz is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the individual or company related to the project.

  • General Conditions / Access and Use of the Service
    • Prohibited Actions

      You are prohibited from modifying, adapting, or hacking the Service to falsely imply any sponsorship or association with The Orderz. Unauthorized attempts to access the Service, its related systems, or networks are strictly forbidden.

    • User Responsibilities

      You are solely responsible for all information, data, text, messages, or other materials posted or transmitted through the Service. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login and account and are fully accountable for all activities under your account. Each login may only be used by one (1) person; sharing a single login among multiple users is not permitted. You may create separate logins for as many users as your plan allows. The Orderz reserves the right to access any of your accounts to provide technical support.

    • Agreement Between You and The Orderz

      This Terms of Service (TOS) constitutes a binding contract between You and The Orderz, even though it is electronic and not physically signed. It governs your use of the Service and supersedes any prior agreements between You and The Orderz.

    • Customer Content Responsibility

      It is the Customer's sole responsibility to ensure that all Customer Content is complete, accurate, current, legal, and appropriate, reflecting the true state and features of the displayed information. The Customer acknowledges that they own the displayed information or have the legal right to display it on their Customer Websites.

    • Compliance with Local Laws

      The Customer is responsible for ensuring their Customer Website complies with local laws. This includes drafting the terms of use and privacy policy for their Customer Website. The privacy policy must include terms that are at least as protective of user privacy as those outlined in this Agreement.

    • Third-Party Content Liability

      The Orderz shall not be responsible for comments, reviews, or content posted on Customer Websites by users or imported from third-party sources. The Orderz is not liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from such content, even if it is injurious to the Customer.

  • Orders and Purchases

  • Pricing and Payment

    Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified during the checkout process.

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and product availability. The Orderz is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs or shipping carriers.

  • Cancellation and Termination
    • Suspension for Non-Payment

      If you are subscribed to a Paid Plan and fail to make payments, your account will be suspended. It will be reactivated once the payment is completed. However, if your account remains suspended or inactive for more than six (6) months, it will be permanently deleted.

    • Immediate Cancellation

      If you cancel your subscription to a Paid Plan, the cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged again. Your account will be suspended upon non-payment and will only be reactivated once payment is completed.

    • Termination by The Orderz

      The Orderz reserves the right to terminate services at any time, without penalty or prior notice, if the Customer fails to comply with any terms of this agreement.

    • No Liability for Termination

      The Orderz shall not be liable to the Customer or any third party for the termination of the Customer's access to the Service.

    • Data Deletion Upon Termination

      Upon termination of services, The Orderz reserves the right to delete all data, files, or other information stored in the Customer's account.

  • Returns and Refunds

    If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@theorderz.com or call 03111331809 to discuss return or refund options. Returns are subject to our return policy, which will be provided upon request.

  • Intellectual Property

    All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Orderz and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

  • Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
    • Service Provided "As-Is"

      The Services and The Orderz are provided on an "AS-IS", "AS AVAILABLE", and "WITH ALL FAULTS" basis.       To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Orderz will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of business, opportunity, data, profits, or property damage, arising from or in connection with the use of the Services.       The Orderz makes no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects. We do not guarantee that the Services or the servers hosting them will be free from viruses or other harmful or destructive elements.

    • No Warranty for Customer Content

      The Orderz makes no warranty that Customer Content will not be lost, corrupted, or altered. We are not responsible for any loss, destruction, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or corruption of Customer Content.

  • Bugs or Error Fixes Guarantee

    Full bug fixes (if it is a bug or error) are provided for free ONLY when the files have not been modified by the customer. The Orderz will make every effort to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

  • Privacy Policy

    Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

  • Governing Law

    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Orderz operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

  • Google Maps API Keys
    • Customer Responsibility

      Each customer must obtain their own Google Maps API Keys to enable location-based features in their installation. Without these keys, location functionalities will not work.

  • Developer Accounts for App Stores
    • Apple Developer Account

      To publish apps under your name, you will need your own Apple Developer Account. Learn more here: Apple Developer. The cost is $99/year for individuals.

    • Google Play Developer Account

      You will also need your own Google Play Developer Account. Learn more here: Google Play Developer. The cost is a one-time payment of $25.

    • Pricing Disclaimer

      These prices are subject to change by the respective store providers. The Orderz does not control or influence these fees.

  • Limitation of Business Activity
    • Neutral Venue

      The Orderz does not own or manage information on Customer Websites. We act as a neutral platform, allowing Customers to display their information. We are not involved in or responsible for any management issues and are not a party to any contracts.

    • Accuracy of Customer Content

      The Orderz does not verify the accuracy or currency of Customer Content. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring their content is accurate and up-to-date. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from inaccuracies or misleading statements in Customer Content.

    • No Endorsement

      The display of information on Customer Websites does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by The Orderz. We do not guarantee the condition or accuracy of the information displayed and are not responsible for user interactions.

  • What is a Bug? And What Does Full Bug-Free Guarantee for Life Mean?
    • Definition of a Bug

      A bug is any feature or functionality that does not work as described on our website or as demonstrated in our live sales demo. It is something that prevents the user from achieving 100% of a feature's intended purpose.

      The Orderz guarantees to fix any bugs (if they are confirmed as bugs) for free, provided the files have not been modified by the customer.

  • What is Customization?
    • Definition of Customization

      Customization refers to any improvement, change, suggestion, or idea that is not already part of the developed script. If a feature achieves its goal and is 100% functional, it is not considered a bug but a customization. Examples include:

      • Changing the way restaurants are searched.
      • Modifying images.
      • Moving or deleting blocks or features.

      The Orderz releases update every 2-3 weeks to improve the system. Customizations on the same files being updated may cause conflicts.

    • Solutions for Conflicts

      To ensure you can enjoy updates without issues, we offer two fair solutions:

      • Reapply customizations after updates.
      • Avoid customizing files that are frequently updated.
